What are your hours?

Do you recommend Travel Insurance?

We recommend Travel Guard and Travel Allianz Travel insurance.

Are Tips and Gratuities included?

No, tips or gratuities are not included

Will travel insurance be included in the package?

Travel insurance is optional and is not included with the package pricing. Travelers are responsible for their travel insurance policy.

Are deposits required after completing the registration form?

Yes, to be fully registered a minimum deposit is required. Deposit amounts varies depending on the selected trip. No traveler is fully registered without deposit.

After making deposit, what are your payment methods?

We accept Paypal, Venmo to @Tynita-Jackson and Zellepay to travelarray@gmail.com

Are monthly payments required?

Yes, monthly payments are required

Will you offer an optional payment plan for flights?

Yes, payment plans for flights are introduced later in the payment plan. All flight payment plans are optional.

Will you offer a payment plan for business class seats?

Unfortunately, we will not be offering business class or First class payment plans for flights. All seats are economy. Travelers requiring Business or First Class will purchase separately on their own.

What will be the host airport for the flight plan?

LAX

If I am unable to attend for whatever reason are payments non refundable?

Due to contractual agreements with resorts, hotels and vendors to hold space without full payment and low monthly payments. Payments are non refundable or exchangeable to any other trip. BUT, name changes are allowed 60days prior to travel date.

Do you do roommate matching?

Not at this time

What if my roommate is unable to attend? Will I be responsible for their unpaid travel plans?

You can replace your roommate and the new traveler can take over the invoice of the last traveler. IF you can not find another roommate, occupancy rate change will apply.

What if I am unable to attend due to family emergency, COVID or sickness?
